The primary function of the Lube Oil Cooler is to transfer heat from the hot fluid to the cold fluid most efficiently. | a) Plate Type Fin: Plate of 0.2 mm thk of CS or Aluminium is wound on the OD of the tube. |
| b) Wire Wound Fin: Copper Wire of 1 mm thickness is wound on the OD of the tube. |
| In either case solid contact is established between the fin and OD of the tube to ensure the proper Heat Transfer. |
| We can carry out the manufacture of Gas Coolers exactly as per the Client's existing Gas Coolers. For the same we depute our technical representative to Client's Site, examine the Gas Cooler and manufacture the new Gas Cooler exactly as per the existing ones, with same material of construction. |
